EAI’s work is structured across four interlinked programs to maximize impact:

1. Research, Public Education & Media (Top Priority)

Creating accessible resources that help the public understand and shape AI’s trajectory.

Key Outputs: The Empathy & AI Lecture Series, public explainer content, foundational research papers, and thought-leadership campaigns.

2. Curriculum, Training & Capacity Building

Developing both public-facing and enterprise-level educational programs.

Examples: Empathetic AI developer training, Ethical AI leadership programs, and professional development for organizations.

3. Coalition-Building, Partnerships & Policy Engagement

Creating bridges across governments, academia, NGOs, and industry.

Activities: Expert convenings, cross-sector collaborations, and institutional advisory engagements.

4. Standards & Framework Development

Deprioritized until foundational research is complete. Standards will emerge organically after the research and education foundation is built through coalition-based consensus.
